Brice Cranford founded Cranford Tree Service and Land Management in 2007 with a simple idea: homeowners in a bind deserve a crew that answers the call and does the work correctly the first time. That idea became the foundation of a tree service company that has spent nearly two decades serving Texarkana and the surrounding region.
Most of our calls involve residential tree services tied to safety, not landscaping preference. A homeowner notices a crack running up a trunk, a limb hanging over the driveway, or a tree leaning further after every storm, and they need someone who understands the risk and can act on it.
That focus on safety over speed has never changed. We built this company around careful, professional tree removal, not shortcuts.

Removing a large or hazardous tree near a home takes more than a chainsaw and confidence. Our crews use proper rigging, climbing gear, and sectional cutting techniques so trees near roofs, fences, and foundations come down under control, not by chance.
That same standard carries into our other services. Our sawmill services put fallen or removed trees to use through custom lumber milling and portable sawmill services, and our gazebo construction team builds a custom wood gazebo from lumber we've milled ourselves, so a tree removed from your property can become something you use for years.
For larger jobs, we bring the same equipment discipline to residential and commercial land clearing, from brush clearing on a single lot to full site preparation services ahead of construction.

Karen Roberts 2 years agoFriend shared my name and address and I got a call, Brice had already been by to look and gave me a VERY good fair deal to clean up a partially downed tree someone else did not complete cutting and clean up. He came that very day and worked hard to finish cutting down, clean up that project AND some other trimmings from some trees in my back yard. I was very happy but he insisted to stay even longer and rake and blow all loose leaves and debris before he would let me pay him. When he finished my front lawn looked like nothing had ever happened!! Please support this honest and fair business!. We as a community need to keep him!

James Ponce de Leon 3 years agoI was in terribe shape after a lightening strike hit a 100' tall pine in my backyard, splitting it to the ground and catching it on fire. The tree was only 65 feet from my house and was at risk of falling onto it. I called Cranford Land Management and Brice came by within the hour. The job was qouted and I called the next day to give them the go ahead. They were at my house the next morning to put the tree on the ground so it would not fall onto my house. It was raining heavily that week, so they came back several times to clear out the debri when it was dry enough so they woulld not tear up my grass in the yard. The friendly, highly professional work was excellent. Now I have them doing work on my land cutting trails. I will never call anyone else.

Caitlyn Trim 6 years agoBrice was a pleasure to hire. He worked us into his schedule so he could get our tree down before a big storm was supposed to hit, in order to save our home if it fell. Pricing was very fair and he was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.
